Required Details:

• Reporter’s name and contact details
• Listing URL / Supplier name
• Nature of complaint (IPR violation / Restricted items / Fraud / Other)
• Supporting documents or evidence (if any)

Review & Action Process

• All complaints will be reviewed within 5 working days.
• Additional information may be requested from the complainant or seller
• Appropriate actions may include:
  • Temporary suspension of listing
  • Permanent removal of content
  • Warning or suspension of supplier account
